The PTO Executive Board currently has two open positions: Secretary and Vice-President. In addition to attending two general PTO meetings per semester, the Executive Board meets periodically to discuss current business, plan future endeavors, and work closely with HC administrators.

Role Descriptions

• Vice-President: Assists the President and prepares to transition into serving as President the following year.
• Secretary: Maintains organization, coordinates meeting planning and execution, oversees PTO committees, and takes minutes at Executive Board and general meetings.
