Interested in getting more involved? The PTO Executive Board has two open positions: Secretary and Vice-President. In addition to attending two general PTO meetings per semester, the Executive Board meets periodically to discuss current business and plan future endeavors, working closely with HC administrators. Both the Vice-President and Secretary roles assist in meeting planning & execution and oversees all PTO committees. The Secretary is also responsible for maintaining organization and taking minutes at Executive Board and general meetings. The Vice-President fills an important role by assisting the President, then transitions to serving as President the following year.
